Whilst undertaking our own retrofit projects for Shellwin, we noticed a gap in the market for high quality advice & fit out for SMEs or those businesses & landlords with smaller spaces. We are strong believers that everyone deserves to work in a fit for purpose, aesthetically creative and environmentally conscious workspace so we launched Shellwin Managed Fit-Out.

Acting for businesses or landlords, we bring creativity and careful thinking to how space is planned, improved and used. We do this via really seeking to understand what occupiers need and executing smarter layouts, flexible solutions and fit outs that reflect modern working patterns. For landlords, we focus on flexible & efficient use of space and creating spaces that can evolve over time. In both scenarios we can assist with upfront planning or the full life cycle through to project management & delivery.
